Prime location, best staff and good value. The beach was magnificent and near the hotel. Very special stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the subway. We loved the room: it was freshly decorated and huge. Satisfactory breakfast, friendly service. Restaurant in property was fabulous and the pool area was nice.

Staff were patient, the location was secure, the bed was great. I loved the room, it was very pretty and had a fantastic decor. For breakfast they offered good food, such as meats, breads and cheese. Near the beach that was stunning. The pool was clean and there were a whirlpool and a sauna. Good value and a brilliant experience.

Location was excellent and staff great! Just walking distance from iglesia del carmen subway station. Here we were close to few of our favorite spots such as el cangrejo. The area contains some restaurants like taqueria mordida de burro within 5 minutes' walk.
